What should a teenage tourist in Delhi be most careful about?

keep your bags with you...What should a teenage tourist in Delhi be most careful about?
Your belongings - keep them close to youWhat should a teenage tourist in Delhi be most careful about?
Be careful with water - water purification tablets could be handy, if you buy bottled water check the seal isn't broken, sometimes you'll find the bottles have simply been filled with tap water. If you travel by taxi or rickshaw can be good to agree a price beforehand, this seems to be the done thing! Don't leave your bags unattended, keep all essential documents with you and have a bag that goes over your shoulder to carry these in. Depending on whether you are male or female make sure you are dressed appropriately (nothing too skimpy, always good to cover your shoulders if you are a lady!) Don't rely on 'Tourist Information' offices you come across for information as most of these are not official.

If you find a Tourist Info place you feel happy to use, ask for a day tour of the city; good opportunity to see the sites and get an idea of where things are, drivers stay with you when you want and leave you when you want, sometimes can be good to have a 'guide' to tell you whats what.
The water I believe!!!
should be careful with the road romios
