i know what i'd do.What would you do if a recruitment officer knocked on your door and asked to speak to your teenage children?
First he'd be greeted by a firearm and then I think he'd leave without any words being said. What would you do if a recruitment officer knocked on your door and asked to speak to your teenage children?
I would show an officer of our great nation the most courtesy as possible by inviting him/her in and offering any hospitalities that I was able to give. And I would explain to him/her that they may talk with my children in my presence only and if at anytime my children are uncomfortable or I feel the conversation is becoming pushy that I would ask them kindly to leave. But I would do my very best to show the up most respect to the officers because they deserve it. Some of us may not agree with this war but it's not our soldiers/officers that want to fight in it they are just doing what there commander and chief asks of them. Don't blame our heros for what you think of as a mistake. They our the ones that die for our freedoms and honor. Please do not dishonor them by blaming/hating them for doing there duty! Blessings, Ash
If my children were old enough to enlist, I would invite them in (unless my kids didn't WANT to talk to them).
I wonder if you have some kind of agenda?
I'd ask them to wait outside while I went and asked my kid if they wanted to speak with them. Then I would follow my child's wishes.
I would do just like I would a door to door salesman. Thanks but no thanks if we want your product we will come to you!!
Put on some coffee.
Id let them talk to my kids. They have to get as much information as possible and decide if the military is an option they want to pursue.
You people are really twisted. Who do you think gives your dumb a$se$ the right to say such garbage. I hope the terrorist you didn't want to help take down gets you first. Sorry excues for Americans you all are.
if you haven't done it by now , there is a talk we must have with our children , you know, the one about .... canada . lol
Invite them in (after checking credentials), because if they are coming to my door and asking for my kids, my kids must be something special to be sought after.
I am proud of and stand by ALL our Armed Forces.
If it was the Army Recruiter and my son wanted to talk to him I'd invite him in and offer him a coke. If it was any other branch I'd shut the door in his face.
The military is what made our country great and I did a lot of growing up serving my country.
I'd tell him my kids are school dropouts and take them out of school so they can't register to go to a stupid war for oil
heres a pan full of scalding water. use your imagination
