i know what show your talking about this one mom has an 8 year old daughter and she was still breastfeeding her my saying is if it has teeth they shouldnt be coming at your tit for food i know what show you mena though that is too disgusting breastfeeding kids that are old enough to eat real food and your poppin your boob out and lettin them sit in your lap like a big newbornin ewww if your gonna breast feed the recamindation is a year after that quit poppin the boob out i think that could real screw a kid up by the time they get olderHow come British mothers nurse their children excessively long, in some cases into teenage years.?
I think those cases are pretty rare. Nursing is on the rise again in a lot of countries, but is usually shorter in developed countries than non-developed countries that might not have access to formula or other foods that are good to feed to a young baby.

It is not just British women, many countries encourage breastfeeding, North America is terrible for not advocating breastfeeding
I have never heard of anyone in their teenage years being breastfed...but I do remember hearing of a mom breastfeeding her 8 year old. Personally I think that is disgusting. After 1 or 2 years I think is more then enough.
