How do i make a teenage girls room modern?

How can i make my room more upbeat without doing somthing major like painting thanksHow do i make a teenage girls room modern?
There are some great temporary wall decals that can transform the room. They do not damage the walls and can be moved around depending on your mood. Many companies make them, but I attached the link of one so you can see the designs and colors available.

Bedding can always liven up a room. A new comforter will change the whole feel of the room. You can also just buy a few duvet covers so you can swap them out as you get tired of them. Or go with a neutral color for the bedspread and change out the pillowcases and throw pillows. If you are on a tight budget, buy plain throw pillows and sew different cases for them yourself. If the walls are slightly pink, you can have accents of lime green and hot pink on the bed for a fun and modern look.

You can also change the curtains quite easily and inexpensively. It's a great option to make an impact on the wall without having to paint.

Good luck and have fun!How do i make a teenage girls room modern?
How about adding a nice modern lamp?

Here's a modern lamp

http://www.rlights.com/viewproduct.php?i鈥?/a> I came across. This site looks like it has a few others for fairly good prices too.

You could also print out some nice pictures. Put them in some modern looking frames and hang them about. Some spazzy looking plants like cacti would look neat also and add to the detail.

Here's a site with http://www.ktbotanicals.com/trichocereus鈥?/a> cacti I found with a pretty good variety. Here's another http://paulasherbsandplants.com/index.ph鈥?/a> unique cactus that caught my eye.

Hope that helps. Good luck!
ummm, without painting... well, reduce clutter to make clean lines. (think ikea clean lines... everything put away somwhere so you see all tops of surfaces.

re-arrange furniture and maybe change your linens (bedding, curtains.....)

painting really isn't the hardest thing and is much easier than some people make it out to be and makes a BIG difference. If you are nervous, just try to paint one wall a different colour. That seems to be a new trend and makes for a new focus in a room.

enjoy!
There's a light purple and dark phase during the teen years and it would be best if you and they could pop down to a large wallpaper shop and try to choose something that is acceptable to both of you.

Try this place for ideas
Well,im a boy but i wouldnt wanna see a girl's room painted in pink..its all just too..colourful! :P I would expect it to look bright in a way..Beige colours would be good. Also, adding modern furniture would be a good idea. For example, furniture like this :

All the best!! :)
Stay in fashion with other teenagers

Empty all your drawers and tip them over the floor, empty the contents of your wardrobe over the floor as well, you will then be the same as the others

good luck
