How hard would it be for a teenage girl to lose excess skin after losing 60 pounds (1/3 of her body weight)?

This would be without surgery though. How hard would it be for a teenage girl to lose excess skin after losing 60 pounds (1/3 of her body weight)?
Because your skin has such youthful elasticity it will probably tighten up on its own. It won't be overnight or over a month but it begins to tighten with every pound that you lose. It may take from 6 months to a year but stick to your goal and it will happen. Using a good moisturizer with cocoa butter and Vitamin E really helps. Walking and riding a bicycle will help you to lose the weight faster and also firm up your body. You don't have to do a lot of fast walking/running to get it done; just walk and you'll burn the calories. If you set your goals too high you won't achieve them and might start back on your old habits that caused you to gain weight. Set realistic goals for yourself. You can drink a lot of water; lift weights. That's about it. If you don't have much I wouldn't worry. But I've known people who get rashes from the extra skin and would benefit from surgery. One doctor told a co worker of mine that she couldn't have the surgery until she was finished having children because then her skin couldn't stretch with pregnancy.
