I'll add that I'm 13 and not trying to lose weight. I'm just curious. Also, is it okay to take a day off exercising a week? I try and stay active, but I usually skip one or sometimes 2 days or just do light exercise like jumproping 200 times on one of those days. I go to school and walk around, so it's not like I just lie around all day, lol. Thanks! :)About how many calories a day for a teenage girl?
