The ones taught in Alaska, the ones supported by Gov. Sarah Palin, the ones which failed to prevent her fornicating teenage daughter from becoming pregnant. What programs can help teenage mothers pass along their abstinence-only values to their children?
If they tell their kids ';abstinence only'; they'll probably become teen moms/dads as well. Prevention methods should be taught too. Countries that teach preventative methods have far fewer teenage pregnancies and abortions.
